Speaking Opportunities for MDDS and RMDC
Volunteer!!!!!
Take your convention experience to the next level and be part of making RMDC 2010 an exceptional event by volunteering for one of the following:
Speaker Hosts act as a liaison for their assigned speaker by assisting them on the day of their presentation, introducing them to the audience, accompanying them to lunch in the Hospitality Lounge and entertaining them at dinner. This is a great opportunity to meet nationally known speakers and local experts. If you would like to be a Speaker Host but are uncomfortable with public speaking, we have other volunteers available to introduce your speaker. Speaker hosting requires a one-day commitment.
Exhibitor Hosts serve for one, two or three days, taking a couple of hours each day to visit with exhibitors in the Expo Hall and obtain feedback about their experience at the convention. This volunteer opportunity is available only to MDDS member dentists.
Greeters commit only two hours of time on Thursday and/or Friday (7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. each day). Greeters welcome attendees with a smile and assist them with directions and questions. They help us create a warm and friendly atmosphere for attendees.
Because MDDS appreciates convention volunteers serving the Society in such a meaningful way, we gladly offer each volunteer one Hospitality Lounge pass. The Hospitality Lounge serves as a retreat from the rest of the convention and provides complimentary continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon refreshments.
