Cancellation Policy : Cancellations will be accepted and are entitled to a cash refund provided they are received at MDDS by the registration deadline of each course. Refunds will not be made for cancellations after the registration deadline. If you must cancel after that date, $37 of your registration fee may be used as a credit for a future class with Life Rescue CPR, up to 90 days.
MDDS is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider.
ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in indentifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
MDDS designates this activity for 3 continuing education credits.
MDDS credits are approved by the AGD for Fellowship and Mastership credits.
