The "MDDS Online Member Directory" ("Directory") is compiled and published by the Metro Denver Dental Society ("MDDS") as a reference source of demographic and professional information on individual dentists in the Metro Denver area. This listing of dentists is not a complete list of dentists licensed to practice in the Metro Denver area. The listing is only of those MDDS member dentists who have expressly requested to be listed in the online directory. All dentists listed were members of the MDDS at the time the information was collected between 2002 and 2004.
Use of the MDDS Online Member Directory is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use for MDDS.org, and also to the following: The Directory may be used by the general public to allow quick access to information about MDDS member dentists. The use of the Directory by third parties to verify information about, or the credentials of, dentists -- including but not limited to healthcare entities, hospitals, insurance companies, and/or managed care organizations -- is not sufficient to meet the standards of any regulatory agency, licensing agency or credentialing body, such as the Joint Commission (JCAHO), the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) or others. The Directory does not contain sufficient information with which to verify dentist credentials. For further information about a dentist's biographical data, submit a written request, including a signed release from the doctor, to Verification of Member Data, ADA Department of Membership Information, 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago IL 60611. This information is provided as a service to our members.
The Directory and/or any of its data, listings or other constituent elements may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, or for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any other lists of dentists. The use of the Directory to establish independent data files or compendiums of statistical information is prohibited.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities:
Although the MDDS undertakes reasonable efforts to keep the information contained in the Directory accurate, the information is not guaranteed and no responsibility is assumed for errors or omissions. The MDDS does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the information contained in the Directory; nor does the MDDS in any way endorse the individuals described in the Directory or the services they may provide.
The MDDS is unable to verify whether a dentist described in the Directory as a "specialist" limits his or her practice to that specialty. Therefore, dentists identified through a search under a specialty do not necessarily meet the ADA General Standards for Announcement of Specialization and Limitation of Practice.
In no event shall the ADA be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information. Any damages for any reason shall be limited to the amount paid to access the Directory, if any.
The above warranties are the only warranties of any kind either expressed or implied including warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
