Ambassador Program
To help make this your professional community, MDDS has organized an Ambassador Program. The mission of the Ambassador Program is to welcome new Dentists and increase membership retention and involvement in MDDS programs, services and events by interacting with and informing member Dentists.
The Member Services Committee provides the foundation from which the Ambassador Program operates. An Ambassador’s primary responsibility is to welcome new member Dentists to MDDS and inform them of the services and benefits of membership in the tripartite system. These volunteer Ambassadors also work to increase the participation in the association and work to increase the retention of current members.

Dental Community Exchanges
New Networking Opportunity
MDDS is a membership association that promotes making "Connections for Our Profession." In striving to create a true professional community, MDDS is introducing a new program - Dental Community Exchange - that allows member dentists to build productive and lasting relationships with others in their area who understand their issues and professional concerns. MDDS is a dentist's professional home, and building this community is the most effective way to create people-to-people connections in the Society.
The Dental Community Exchanges will allow member dentists to focus on networking within the particular regions that make up the Society. MDDS is not bringing back the Chapters, but rather responding to a growing number of requests to organize area-networking meetings. Each region will have a group of dentists that attend informal meetings at area restaurants to continue to build that network of colleagues and make connections within the same area.

Each region will meet according to the needs of attendees. The goal is to make this program a self-running process with an area liaison (or two) that can facilitate the process and communicate between the members and MDDS.
