Conference Room Rentals

The Dental Limited Liability Company (DLLC), co-owned by MDDS and the Colorado Dental Association, offers a variety of conference facilities for use by dental professionals.

Full-day and half-day rentals are available, seven days a week. Preferred 30 day advanced notice for all room reservations. MDDS and CDA member dentists receive a 20% discount on rental rates.

Conference Room Options:

1) Board Room

• Conference table setting
• 18 x 31 square feet
• Accommodates up to 24 people
• Audio visual capabilities/ full-size drop down projection screen
• Use of kitchen facility, includes sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, space for catering/dining

2) Eisenson Room

• Theatre, reception, classroom and hollow square settings available (tables and chairs provided)
• 44 x 24 square feet
• Accommodates 50 to 226 people
• Audio visual capabilities/ full-size drop down projection screen
• Use of kitchen facility, includes sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, space for catering/dining

3) Ogle Room

• Theatre, reception, classroom and hollow square settings available (tables and chairs provided)
• 44 x 22 square feet
• accommodates 40 to 180 people
• Audio visual capabilities/ full-size drop down projection screen
• Use of kitchen facility, includes sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, space for catering/dining

4) Eisenson/Ogle Combination Room

• Theatre, reception, classroom and hollow square settings available (tables and chairs provided)
• 44 x 51 square feet
• Accommodates 70 to 400 people
• Audio visual capabilities/ full-size drop down projection screen
• Use of kitchen facility, includes sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, space for catering/dining
